Collectives
Friends on mission—multiplying together.
Collectives are at the heart of what it means to be friends on mission.
An Aspire Collective consists of 4–8 pastors who choose to walk closely together in shared mission. Over time, these pastors develop deep friendships—learning together, praying for one another, bearing each other’s burdens, and practicing soul care side by side.Â
Â
But these friendships are not just relational. They are missional.
Together, they pursue multiplication—helping one another multiply disciples in their local churches, establish residencies to train Kingdom leaders, and ultimately plant new churches.
What Happens in a Collective?
- Gather regularly throughout the year (in person and via Zoom)
- Retreat annually for soul care and mission clarity
- Learn, eat, pray, and laugh together
- Strengthen discipleship pathways in their churches
- Pool resources to raise leaders and plant churches
A Vision for Collectives
What if Aspire had twenty highly effective Collectives?
Pastors would grow healthier.
Churches would multiply disciples.
Leaders would be raised up and sent.
New churches would be planted year after year.
Effective Collectives don’t just grow churches.
They create Kingdom movement.
