You don’t have to plant alone.
If God is calling you to plant a church, we want to walk that journey with you. Aspire exists to help leaders plant healthy, multiplying churches by providing clarity, support, and meaningful relationships every step of the way. Our process is intentional, relational, and designed to help you discern your next right step with confidence.
Planting a church is a significant calling. You bring the vision, the obedience, and the courage. We walk alongside you with shared wisdom, coaching, assessment, and funding support as you turn that vision into reality.
Step 1: Assessment
Every planter in Aspire begins with the Aspire Assessment Center, a required in-person experience offered twice a year, one in the West and one in the Midwest. The purpose is simple. We help you discern where you are in your church planting journey and identify the next right step.
Our team enters the process with you. Through proven tools, prayerful conversations, interviews, and guided exercises, we work together to understand your personal, spiritual, and professional readiness for church planting. If you are married, you attend together. Every couple or individual receives a written report and a clear recommendation at the end.
Assessment is not about passing or failing. It is about gaining clarity and direction so you can move forward with confidence and support.

Step 2: Coaching
After assessment, every approved planter enters Aspire’s five-year coaching pathway. These early years are often the most stretching and strategic in the life of a planter, which is why we walk closely with you during this season.
Coaching is primarily done in groups and facilitated by Jim Tinch through Clarity Leadership Collective. This gives planters consistent support, shared learning, and meaningful relationships with other leaders who understand the unique challenges of planting. Individual coaching is available as needed for specific seasons or situations.
Our coaching pathway focuses on helping leaders develop healthy rhythms, wise leadership practices, and the spiritual strength required to plant a church that lasts.
Step 3: Funding
Aspire provides financial support for qualified planters based on their readiness and the recommendations from coaching. Funding is situational and typically begins two months before a church’s public launch.
Funds are dispersed monthly and continue as long as the planter is progressing in a healthy direction and their coach feels they are prepared for the season ahead. There are no milestone-driven requirements or high-pressure metrics. Funding is a partnership, not a performance contract.
Our financial support is only one part of a holistic system designed to strengthen both the leader and the church.
